The unit consulted several lawyers, all of whom were told that there was no possibility of winning the lawsuit;

2. A construction contract dispute between XXX Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and Beijing XXX Decoration Co., Ltd. In representing XXX Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., the case was sent back for rehearing, and XXX Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was exempted from paying over one million yuan in breach of contract penalties;

3. The civil loan dispute between Ran ** and Yu ** and Beijing ** Company. Acting on behalf of Ran **, I safeguarded Ran **'s legitimate rights and interests despite only having the transfer receipt as evidence of the repayment commitment;

4. In the civil loan dispute between Liu ** and Lin **, I acted as Liu **'s attorney and, in the absence of any other evidence except the transfer receipts, successfully protected Liu **'s legitimate rights and interests;

5. After the divorce between Jia * * * and Han * *, a property dispute arose. 6. In the dispute over the division of jointly owned property between Gao * * * and Yang * *, I acted as Gao * * *'s attorney.
